HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER:
Newly created full 
time position will be responsible for recruiting, training, on-boarding, creation of job descriptions, drafting policies and procedures, benefits management, maintaining employee handbooks and personnel files, generating various reports and surveys, overseeing payroll, and other general HR functions. Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills, 2 years HR related experience, and BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field. MAINTENANCE GENERALIST:
We are seeking a full 
time experienced maintenance worker.
The position is 
30-40 hours per week and includes a full-time benefits package. Work requires basic knowledge in a variety of trade fundamentals to deal with general repairs, 
troubleshooting and preventive maintenance throughout our
9 residential and commercial settings. 
Professional experience preferred but not required.


RESIDENTIAL SERVICES:
Full 
time 2ND and 3RD SHIFTS are AVAILABLE

    • Base rate of pay starts at $10.70 

    • With shift differentials and weekend bonus earn up to $16.70

    • Double Time on Select Holidays
