Placement Services
To assist individuals in their search for community employment through limited term support and a variety of services including assessment, resume preparation, interview practice, trial work experiences and on the job training
 The goal is to help individuals find the right job and to provide support as needed to maintain employment.

New Hope Center began the Community Employment Program in 1974 when an area business hired an individual who was working at NHC. For over 30 years, that individual continues to be a valued employee and serves an important role in daily business operations. Today there are approximately thirty individuals working at over twenty job sites located throughout Calumet and Manitowoc Counties.
Individuals are employed to perform a wide range of jobs including: clerical, grounds maintenance, packaging, product assembly, and house-keeping. Employers represent a diverse group including: agriculture, service, retail, health care, manufacturing, government, communications and financial institutions.
